How it works

01 - Register for Braindate and opt in

When you register for RCGNZ Summit, select peer networking to unlock the Braindate experience inside the RCGNZ App. This opts you into the topic marketplace and gives you access to schedule sessions before and during the summit.

02 — Create or join

Browse topics posted by fellow attendees, or post one of your own. Topics can be a question you're struggling with, a challenge you want to pressure-test, or an idea you want to build on with someone else in the room.

03 — Attend the session

Meet in person at the Braindate Lounge, located in the Empire East Room at the Montage. Sessions are one-on-one or small groups, and built for focused conversation.

04 — Leave with what's next

Walk away with an idea worth testing, a relationship worth keeping, and a next step you can actually bring back to your organization.

What attendees say

My first Braindate experience was amazing, very informative and engaging. Everyone in the group was actually local to Southern California, which means we can now meet up in person and continue growing our network beyond the event. Braindate was such a great way to enhance the conference experience and connect with others. I also loved that it created the perfect space to approach speakers I’d seen earlier on the MainStage without feeling like I was interrupting. It truly made networking feel natural and valuable.

I was actually the one who recommended Braindate after seeing it in action at another conference. For the Center of Excellence, it’s been an incredible way to connect more meaningfully with our clients and peers. The quality of conversations and spontaneous learning moments really stood out.
