How it works
01 - Register for Braindate and opt in
When you register for RCGNZ Summit, select peer networking to unlock the Braindate experience inside the RCGNZ App. This opts you into the topic marketplace and gives you access to schedule sessions before and during the summit.
02 — Create or join
Browse topics posted by fellow attendees, or post one of your own. Topics can be a question you're struggling with, a challenge you want to pressure-test, or an idea you want to build on with someone else in the room.
03 — Attend the session
Meet in person at the Braindate Lounge, located in the Empire East Room at the Montage. Sessions are one-on-one or small groups, and built for focused conversation.
04 — Leave with what's next
Walk away with an idea worth testing, a relationship worth keeping, and a next step you can actually bring back to your organization.
The best conversations begin with a question
Host or join a small-group or one-on-one discussion around the ideas shaping recognition leadership. These are proposed examples to show how the experience could come to life.
