Melinda Amrein brings over 30 years of experience in human resources, organizational leadership, and executive coaching. She currently serves as Human Resources Director at Life Connection of Ohio, leading all facets of HR strategy, including employee relations, benefits, compensation, recruitment, employee engagement, and leadership training and development. Melinda also teaches at Ashland University, where she blends real-world expertise with academic insight to prepare future leaders.
She holds a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Mount St. Joseph University and dual degrees from Northern Kentucky University. Her professional credentials include the PHR and SHRM-CP certifications, as well as recent completion of Mercy University’s Strategic AI in HR Program and Executive Education Instructor Program.
Her career spans Fortune 500 companies such as Mitsubishi Logisnext and Luxottica, as well as major healthcare systems like TriHealth. A seasoned facilitator and coach, Melinda is passionate about aligning people strategy with purpose to drive engagement and growth.
