Gabriella is a Talent Development + Experience Program Lead at Okta, where she leads critical programs focused on enhancing professional growth, recognition, and the overall employee journey. She brings over a decade of experience across talent strategy, employee experience, HR management, and high-volume retail operations, consistently focusing on building supportive, impact-driven environments.
Prior to Okta, Gabriella navigated successive leadership roles with a major national retailer, including HR Manager and Store Director. This experience instilled core expertise in large-scale team leadership, fast-paced problem-solving, and a strong commitment to service excellence.
Beyond her core role, Gabriella serves as Co-Chair of the Caregivers ERG (Employee Resource Group) at Okta. She holds a Bachelor of Science from San Fransisco State University.
