When and where is RCGNZ Summit 2026? 
RCGNZ Summit 2026 will take place November 9–11, 2026 at Montage Deer Valley in Park City, Utah.
This three-day summit brings together HR leaders from across industries to learn, connect, and elevate recognition strategy.
Who attends RCGNZ Summit? 
RCGNZ Summit is designed for senior HR leaders, recognition and engagement champions, DEI, Total Rewards, People Ops leaders, and culture strategists.
Attendees typically include:

Registration
How do I register? 
Registration for RCGNZ Summit 2026 opens April 1, 2026 at rcgnz.com.
You can choose from:
- General admission (early bird / standard / late tiers)
- VIP admission (limited to 50 passes)
- Bring a colleague bundle (available early bird only)
What are the ticket types and pricing? 
General admission
- Early bird: $699
- Standard: $899
- Late: $999
VIP admission (limited to 50 tickets)
- Early bird: $1,099
- Standard: $1,299
- Late: $1,399

Two general admission tickets for $1,199 (limited availability, April 1 – May 15).
Can I transfer or cancel my registration? 
Registration cancellations must be requested via rcgnzsummit@awardco.com.
We will post the 2026 cancellation/refund deadline when available — for reference, in 2025 the full refund deadline was October 10, 2025.
Substitutions (transferring your pass to someone else) may be allowed and could be subject to fees depending on timing.
Hotel reservations and travel costs are separate and must be managed individually.
Agenda & Experience
How do I register for breakout sessions? 
Once you are registered, you can reserve seats for breakout sessions via the agenda page of the RCGNZ Summit app:
- Go to the agenda page
- Review session offerings
- Sign up or add sessions to your personal schedule
Breakout sessions fill quickly, we encourage early selection once the app is live.
Will there be continuing education credits for attending? 
RCGNZ Summit will work with professional organizations (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) to offer continuing education or professional development credits where available. Approval status and codes will be posted as they are confirmed.
Will any sessions be available digitally? 
RCGNZ Summit is an in-person event and is not livestreamed. Some sessions may be made available on-demand after the event.
Is there a mobile app for RCGNZ Summit? 
Yes — Summit attendees will have access to the official RCGNZ Summit 2026 mobile app (iOS + Android) where you can:
- Browse agenda items
- Favorite sessions
- Connect with other attendees
- Navigate venue logistics

Travel & Logistics
How do I book my hotel room? 
Attendees are responsible for booking their own hotel room at the Montage Deer Valley group rate. You can use our booking portal to get the best rates.
The negotiated group rate is $355 per night for run-of-house rooms, plus applicable taxes and resort fees.
What are expected travel costs? 
Typical travel costs include:
- Airfare: ~$350–$650 round-trip into Salt Lake City (SLC)
- Ground transport (rideshare or airport transfer): ~$100–$160 round-trip
- Meals not included in registration and incidentals: $100–$200 (estimate)
