Christi's expertise includes several major high-tech corporate roles. She most recently worked in Employee Experience and Mergers & Acquisitions at Cisco.Prior to that, as a Senior Director of Employee Experience at Okta, she built and led a global team, employee experience roadmap and employee survey, recognition, wellness, and social programs. She also previously led employee engagement and recognition at Qualcomm. Prior to high-tech, her background includes 10years in progressive academic/student affairs leadership roles at UC San Diego. She loves, cooking, gardening, playing music and travel.
