She specializes in executive and management compensation design and strategy, incentive compensation, Board of Directors compensation committee support, proxy disclosures, M&A, compensation communications, and awards and recognition. Elizabeth is committed to demystifying compensation and total rewards for colleagues at all levels. She enjoys traveling with her husband and children, cheering for Duke basketball, and growing vegetables with varying degrees of success.
