Elizabeth Okamura brings over 25 years of experience in corporate total rewards to her current role as Director-Executive Compensation at AT&T. She specializes in executive and management compensation design and strategy, incentive compensation, Board of Directors compensation committee support, proxy disclosures, total rewards, M&A, and awards and recognition. Elizabeth is particularly dedicated to effectively communicating compensation and total rewards.

She enjoys traveling with her three daughters, cheering for Duke basketball, and growing vegetables with varying degrees of success. She is a graduate of Texas A&M University and is a Certified Compensation Professional.
