Kasi is a seasoned HR professional with over 14 years of experience, specializing in Total Rewards. Her expertise and dedication plays a pivotal role in managing and enhancing the company's recognition systems, and ensuring employees are rewarded and recognized in meaningful ways, contributing to a positive work environment. Kasi has Bachelors degree from the University of Colorado. She currently resides in Golden, CO with her husband and two daughters. Kasi enjoys being outdoors, checking things off her to-do list, and a good show.
