Matt Turner, MA. Matt is Intermountain Health’s Director of Caregiver Experience. In this role he has responsibilities for caregiver experience strategy including survey management, goal setting, improvement consulting, journey mapping, flexwork, recognition, and awards.

An industrial/organizational psychologist, Matt joined Intermountain in 2022 with 25 years of organization development and consulting experience. Prior to joining Intermountain, Matt served as Vice President of Physician Solutions with Press Ganey, and Assistant Vice President of Leadership and Organization Development for Atrium Health. His published articles, book chapters, national presentations, and consulting work have focused on building a best-in-class culture for caregivers and physicians in service of exceptional care for patients.
