Sandy is a Principal in Deloitte's Global Rewards practice, primarily focusing on the global design, compliance, operation, and participant experience issues that impact the rewards programs of U.S. and non-U.S. employers. As a global advisor with specialized experience in the area of long and short-term incentive plans, as well as employee recognition programs, Sandy assists public and private companies navigate the complexities of designing and operating global compensation and benefit programs.
Sandy has been with Deloitte for nearly 20 years, and currently serves as the U.S. Global Rewards Market Lead.
