Sarah is a global lead on Awardco’s Center of Excellence team, where she advises organizations on designing and evolving impactful rewards and recognition programs. An organizational psychologist with over 15 years of experience in employee research and insights, Sarah blends science and practicality to help companies drive meaningful behavior change and business outcomes. Prior to Awardco, she spent nine years at Qualtrics leading EX solution design for global enterprises. Sarah holds a Master’s in Work and Organizational Behavior and is completing her doctoral research in Evidence-Based HR in London.
