Josh Wilsher is the User Experience Design Group Manager at Awardco, where he has spent the last four years helping shape the platform's design direction. With over seven years in the UX field, Josh has a background that spans both the recognition and redemption sides of the product, giving him a practical understanding of the entire user journey. In his current role, he focuses on managing a design group and ensuring that the tools people use to appreciate one another are as intuitive and effective as possible.
