Tiffany Pegues is the Director of Enterprise Broad-Based Compensation, Recognition & Incentives at Lockheed Martin, where she leads enterprise compensation strategy supporting more than 100,000 employees worldwide. With more than 20 years of experience in Total Rewards, Tiffany has led enterprise initiatives spanning compensation architecture, job taxonomy modernization, HR technology transformation, recognition strategy, and workforce transformation.

Known for translating complex business challenges into practical people solutions, Tiffany is passionate about creating Total Rewards strategies that strengthen the employee experience while supporting business objectives. She believes meaningful recognition is one of the most powerful tools leaders have to build trust, reinforce culture, and inspire high performance.

Tiffany earned both her MBA and Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from the University of New Mexico. Outside of work, Tiffany enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters, traveling, exploring wine country and cheering her daughters at golf tournaments and cheer competitions.
