Kasi Steinheimer is the Sr. Manager of Broadbased Compensation, overseeing the Enterprise Rewards and Recognition Programs for Broadbased (non-executive) employees at Lockheed Martin. Kasi is a seasoned HR professional with over 15 years of experience, specializing in Total Rewards. Her expertise and dedication plays a pivotal role in managing and enhancing the company's recognition systems, and ensuring employees are rewarded and recognized in meaningful ways, contributing to a positive work environment. Kasi has Bachelors degree from the University of Colorado. She resides in Golden, CO with her husband and two daughters. Kasi enjoys hiking the trails behind her home, a tidy house and a good audio book.
