Our frontline workers are the core of what we do and the core of our customer experience. We launched Microsoft Teams for all employees. We have the Awardco interface added to the platform, so our employees can now recognize each other directly from their phones on their app while they're working. If they see a great job, they can do an immediate shout out and make that difference.

Recognition truly is a cornerstone of PMG’s culture because it fuels engagement, strengthens relationships, and reinforces the behaviors that drive our success. It allows you to immediately recognize big and small wins where that impact is immediately felt.

A quiet employee might never self-promote, but Awardco gives us the visibility to see their impact. We’ve literally had leaders say, ‘I had no idea!’ when reviewing this data.

Just managing our custom rewards felt like a full-time job with our previous vendor—it took all day every Friday. With Awardco, I don't have to do any of the manual fulfillment work anymore. I'm saving 6-8 hours a week, just managing orders.

When you have employees working hard from home juggling family responsibilities, and yet still being physically separate from their team, a simple birthday message and gift they get to pick out creates a meaningful touchpoint, and allows them to take a moment for themselves.

Awardco is central to our strategy around helping people feel connected across the organization in the work that they do. Our strength is that we have diversity across all our offices. So collaboration may be the soul of a layer group, that tie that binds our unique cultures together. But we really want to celebrate and recognize the diversity across our offices, and that is our strength. Awardco helps us create that visible platform for everybody to see the good work and the unique ways that people are solving problems around the organization.

[Awardco] was something that was easy to use. I knew that healthcare provider's first priority is their patient, so how do we make it so easy that they can participate and still make sure that they're still taking care of the patient.

Some of the great stories that we've read are how impactful all of the team members have been to help the children feel better, it's showing our team members how impactful they are.

For most companies, purpose, mission, and values can end up feeling like just words on paper. That’s why we were so interested in Awardco. It gives us an authentic way to bring our values to life. Every time someone recognizes a teammate, our purpose and values are right there, reinforcing what they look like in action every single day.

The product that we're putting out is a lot of fun, but it is not easy to do what we do every single week. People are working really, really hard, and if they feel like just another cog in the machine, that can get disheartening really quickly. Taking that extra time to show appreciation for above-and-beyond effort is really important and reinforces good relationships.

We're present in pretty much every continent in the world, and there's no limitation to our recognition system. We see recognitions from Brazil to the US, from Japan to China, from South Africa to France, and everyone is engaged.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What usually happens in the RFP process after issuance?

After issuance, there’s usually a formal communication period where vendors review the RFP and submit questions through the designated contact. After proposals are submitted, the prospect evaluates fit, cost, and risk, and may request follow-up discussions, references, or pricing clarifications. If Awardco advances, the process typically moves into negotiations, contract review/signature, and then implementation handoff.

Can Awardco help us structure our RFP before we issue it?

Yes. Awardco’s RFP page offers help with RFI/RFP/RFQ participation, an exploratory fit call, an expert consultation, a tailored demo, and a questionnaire template for teams that are unsure how to structure a rewards and recognition RFP. The intake flow is active and is used by prospects submitting RFP-related requests through the site. You can email proposals@awardco.com or fill out the form above to get started.

How does Awardco support deskless or field employees?

Awardco helps organizations support deskless workers through kiosks, printed recognitions, TV/social feed displays, SMS/email notifications, mobile access, and AwardCodes™ for physical on-the-spot recognition.

Is Awardco mobile-friendly, and do you have an app?

Yes. Awardco is mobile-friendly and offers both a native mobile app and a progressive web app (PWA). Employees can receive recognitions, recognize others, redeem awards, interact with the social feed, and access key engagement features from their mobile devices.
