RCGNZ San Francisco 2026

Join an intimate group of HR and People leaders for a practitioner-led dinner and discussion focused on rethinking recognition as a strategic driver, especially during times of organizational change.

This conversation will be guided by Laura Shanley. Laura is a member of Awardco’s Center of Excellence team and a former in-house practitioner with over 16 years of experience in employee engagement, communications, and recognition. She has led successful recognition initiatives at organizations like Qualcomm, Okta, and DocuSign, and brings firsthand experience navigating vendor selection, implementation, adoption, and long-term program growth.

This dinner is designed for discussion, open dialogue, and peer learning. Laura will act as a facilitator, grounding the discussion in real-world experience, asking the right questions, and ensuring the conversation stays practical, honest, and actionable. Together we’ll explore what’s working, what’s not, and how recognition can evolve from a “nice-to-have” perk into a strategic driver of engagement, culture, and impact.

Expect thoughtful conversation, shared experiences, and takeaways you can apply immediately—no slides, no sales pitch, just real discussion with peers who understand the challenges you’re navigating.
