Recognition is powerful. When you recognize someone, you feel just as good as when you’re being recognized. The Awardco feed is my ‘positive scroll.’ It lifts everyone’s spirits.

We launched our The Collaborative Way initiative with a half-day workshop for all colleagues, facilitated by internal Collaborative Way Champions that traveled from office to office. We would do these engaging workshops across the company, and leaders would ask us, ‘Now that colleagues have completed the workshop, how do we keep these principles front and center?’ While we developed other standalone follow-ups, it was only when we implemented Awardco that we truly felt like we had a compelling, daily solution to that question.

We haven't heard one bad thing about Awardco from our employees. It's taken off much better than we expected it to because the employees love it.

If I were to describe the High Five Club [Awardco] in a couple words, I'd say it's collaborative and it's contagious.

Implementation was great—it was so easy and seamless, and Awardco was always willing to help whenever I had any questions or concerns.
