Bravo has been a real game changer for us. Every day, employees are actively seeking out opportunities to recognize one another. They can celebrate meaningful milestones in their own lives and in their peers’ lives, and they can see great work happening across the organization. It’s created space for recognition to thrive.

Being a nurse, I know that oftentimes it's hard to keep coming back day over day. It often goes without recognition or without gratitude, but Sunshine's given us the opportunity to empower our team, empower our leaders to have that ability proud that we've had such a high engagement of our team members submitting recognitions on the platform.

We have invested significant resources and focus into employee engagement, morale, and wellness. Thanks to the initiatives we launched this year, we have achieved an 8.2% reduction in our turnover rate.

I really enjoy reading the daily kudos in Slack. Seeing the names and stories of colleagues going above and beyond is inspiring—it motivates me every day and reminds me why I’m proud to be part of PMG.

We launched our The Collaborative Way initiative with a half-day workshop for all colleagues, facilitated by internal Collaborative Way Champions who travelled from office to office. We held these engaging workshops across the company, and leaders would ask us, ‘Now that colleagues have completed the workshop, how do we keep these principles front and centre?’ While we developed other standalone follow-ups, it was only when we implemented Awardco that we truly felt like we had a compelling, daily solution to that question.

All of our locations have TV screens in some area of the facility. When you look at the screen, not only do you see the recognition you may have shared with someone or received yourself, but you see it across the entire company. Having a program that allows this to be done and shared is very special.

We can now give a shout-out to someone even if they’re in a different location—something we couldn’t do before. It just makes things easy when everything is in one place.

The High Flyer program has transformed recognition from a reactive gesture into a proactive part of my leadership approach. Recognition is now structured, inclusive, and aligned with our organizational values.
