Our main goal was to move platforms and not lose traction because the use of the platform was so important to us. And we were able to do that. We were able to meet that goal and we exceeded that goal.
Before we had Awardco I'd have to send out physical cards, anniversary pins, and certificates manually via our in-house mailroom or the Post Office. I was happy to do it but it did take a lot of time to keep track of everything, and it was a challenge to make sure nothing slipped through the cracks.
