Over 85% of the workforce at the Lineage Logistics Sunnyvale location consists of frontline or warehouse employees who aren’t regularly at a computer. However, that didn’t stop Lineage Logistics’ leadership from implementing a digital recognition platform through Awardco that reached, and continues to reach, everyone.

Immediately following implementation, they held a raffle to kick things off. Users who logged in and activated their accounts were entered for a chance to win prizes. Managers at Sunnyvale also used their monthly lunch-and-learn sessions to focus on Awardco logins and strategies, providing one-on-one assistance where needed.

Lineage Logistics also integrated their existing recognition programs into Awardco, such as the Safety Bingo program, birthday celebrations, and service awards, ensuring employees had a seamless, consistent experience. To top it off, they incorporated Awardco into their onboarding process so that every employee, both new and existing, knows how to recognize others.

These initial efforts have led to some amazing results:
