We’re excited to announce a Preferred Partnership with Workday, a global leader in enterprise cloud applications for human resources. This announcement reinforces our commitment to helping organizations of all sizes enhance employee recognition and engagement. The Workday-certified Integration, listed in the Workday Marketplace, unites employee data and recognition in one connected framework.

This partnership introduces a certified native integration and establishes ongoing initiatives and product co-innovation to enhance the employee experience, building on an already strong joint customer base of over 250+ customers using the integrated capabilities of Awardco and Workday. By combining our flexibility to serve both Enterprise and SMB clients with Workday’s comprehensive HR platform, this collaboration will deliver greater value to Workday and Workday GO customers across every stage of growth.

“It’s a new day at Workday, and our partnership with Awardco reflects that spirit of innovation and growth,” said Aaron Ellis, Area Vice President, Workday. “Together, we’re helping customers of all sizes build stronger cultures and a more connected employee experience.”

Workday and Awardco share a mission to engage, recognize, and reward employees in ways that create exceptional workplace experiences. Building on Workday’s launch of Workday GO and its commitment to serving organizations of every size, Workday selected Awardco—following an extensive evaluation of recognition partners—as its Preferred Partner and recognition provider of choice. This designation makes Awardco the primary recognition partner for Workday GO customers and a preferred provider able to scale with Workday clients from SMB to Enterprise. The partnership also establishes closer collaboration between both teams and introduces the aforementioned certified native integration designed to deliver a seamless, people-first experience.

This integration unites employee data and recognition within a single, connected ecosystem. To achieve certification, Workday conducted rigorous testing, including customer interviews and end-to-end security and compliance reviews. Through this integration, HRIS data flows directly from Workday into Awardco, automating recognition programs, streamlining permissions, simplifying administration, and powering real-time insights. The integration is self-service and available in 49 languages, reducing implementation time and administrative effort while delivering a seamless global experience.

“This partnership represents the future of a connected employee experience,” said Steve Sonnenberg, Co-Founder and CEO of Awardco. “By combining the power of Workday HCM with Awardco’s recognition and rewards capabilities, organizations can now bring culture to life in the same system where people work every day.”

Many Awardco customers are already benefiting from this integration, using Workday and Awardco to expand how they celebrate employees, build culture, and drive engagement through connected, data-driven experiences.
