I like that at the end of the year (or whenever you decide) you can cash out and have a nice treat. It's a great way to gamify work. I also appreciate that events like work anniversaries give you bonus points. This year I was able to get a nice Uber Eats gift card compliments of my job and Awardco.

We're present in pretty much every continent in the world, and there's no limitation to our recognition system. We see recognitions from Brazil to the US, from Japan to China, from South Africa to France, and everyone is engaged.

Being a nurse, I know that oftentimes it's hard to keep coming back day over day.
