Revolut Payout Links give international employees a frictionless, immediate, and self-service way to redeem points into local currency. For HR and rewards administrators, enablement is fast and free, requiring no additional infrastructure or support.
Step 1: Initiate redemption
The eligible employee selects Revolut as their redemption option and enters an amount between the applicable minimum and maximum limits.
Step 2: Enter information
They provide the first name, last name, and email address associated with their existing personal Revolut account, then complete checkout.
Step 3: Click the link
A payout link arrives by email. The employee activates it to transfer the funds to their Revolut account in their local currency. No waiting. No manual steps.

What countries are supported?
Revolut Payout Links are available in supported markets for eligible international organisations. Supported countries are confirmed at the time of organisation enablement. Contact your Awardco account manager for the current list.
Does the employee need a Revolut account before they can redeem?
Yes. Employees must have an existing personal Revolut account. The first name, last name, and email they enter at checkout must match the details on that account. Employees without a Revolut account will need to create one before using this redemption option.
Are there fees?
Revolut Payout Links are free for the organization to enable. A cash-out fee applies for the employee, and the transfer value may fluctuate based on exchange rates at the time the payout link is activated.
How long does the employee have to activate the payout link?
The payout link is valid for 6 months from the date it is sent to the employee's email. If the employee does not activate it within that window, the redemption will need to be reprocessed.
Are there minimum or maximum redemption amounts?
Yes. Minimum and maximum redemption amounts apply and vary by country.
How does my organization enable this?
Revolut Payout Links are now available for broader international rollout across eligible organizations. The reward option will only show for eligible users. Awardco administrators can self-service enable this feature at no extra cost via the Integrations Library.
