But when people take the time to celebrate one another, then we can really see that hope and that goodness beyond that. And so I really think that why we're successful is because our team cares about one another, and they take the time to recognise one another.
Often, you're on the road for an entire shift, and you may not necessarily interact with a lot of other colleagues… And so being recognised helps you feel more connected with the team.
