Admin Technical Support

• 24/7 chat & email support for Awardco admins and 24/5 phone support specifically to support any Awardco admin’s need
• Awardco will be available to support Customer’s designated account administrator(s) from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Mountain Time Monday through Friday (excluding U.S. holidays) via telephone at (800) 320-0893 or via the direct phone number and/or email address for the administrative support team at Awardco, whose contact details will be provided to Customer during implementation

Awardco Admin Community

• Our customer-only community with hundreds of active admins asking and answering every kind of program question
• The Awardco Admin Community is a web portal with forums, user profiles, FAQs, and gamification/achievements, allowing Awardco admins to ask questions, suggest solutions, bounce ideas off one another, be a sounding board, build recognition programs, and get help solving difficult challenges

Bulk Recognition Tool

• A powerful tool for admins to send out bulk recognitions & rewards (e.g., a quarterly KPI-driven competition or holiday event)
• Highly configurable recognition tool available to administrators of the system; recognize either several recipients at once and/or schedule a recognition to go out at a later time
• The bulk recognition tool is not available in the service awards only plan

Customer Success Support

• Customer success managers provide post-launch support, best practices, product updates, and recommendations
• Awardco may assign, as part of the license agreement, a customer success manager to provide post-launch product support for your administrator, including quarterly business reviews, guidance on platform adoption, and best practices, etc.

Earn Incentive Creator

• This tool makes incentive design and execution simple and effective for quick and gratifying earn programs
• Our powerful incentive creation tool allows organizations to identify specific behaviors they want to incentivize and create forms or workflows and approval flows to allow employees to complete activities or reach KPIs and quickly receive points that are redeemable in the award network, however you want to configure the awards tied to those incentives

MemoryBooks®

• Make anniversaries and other occasions more special with an interface that protects privacy and is easier to share than a card
• Schedule and create a crowdsourced recognition for any event that an employee may celebrate, giving them a personal space to see all the positivity they have been sent and producing special moments that have more meaning that recipients can look at anytime they are looking for another boost

Recognition & Nomination Approval Flows

Points Management & Expiration

• Create and modify important rules around points issued by your organization, when they expire, and how they can be used
