When people join Americare, we want them to feel like they're part of something bigger than just a job, that it's part of having purpose because they get to make a difference in residents' lives.

We use recognition as a tool to motivate and encourage our employees—everyone knows Awardco because we actively use it for any and all incentives for employees.

Our main goal was to move platforms and not lose traction because the use of the platform was so important to us. And we were able to do that. We were able to meet that goal and we exceeded that goal.
