Feeling seen and feeling valued… That's one thing that keeps me going every day. We all try to strive for the best and try to help one another. We have a great management system here and everybody is seen and heard.

Recognition through myKudos [Awardco] is one of the most positive aspects of PMG. It showcases employee contributions across the company, helping everyone feel valued and appreciated. Public recognition doesn't just acknowledge hard work—it motivates others to push further and strive for excellence.

From a business perspective, we use Awardco data to publicly highlight our people across internal platforms and LinkedIn. Most importantly, we accept nominations year-round for our big State of the Companies meeting, ensuring no standout moment goes unnoticed.

I recently recognized a graduate trainee for leading a reverse mentoring panel during Learning Week. That acknowledgment boosted her confidence and showed that meaningful contributions can come from anyone, regardless of age, experience, or role.
