Our investment to leverage the Center of Excellence team at Awardco was the best decision we made. Katie didn’t just advise, she partnered. With her leadership, we built our Awardco instance as a true virtual haven: a values-based recognition experience designed with and for our teams, easily accessible, and directly tied to our mission. Previously, every manager hand-wrote a message to their employees every six months thanking them for their hard work, and it was all tied in with the bonus distribution. It was very high-touch, very labor intensive, and we had the process down to a science. We liked the connections that formed between managers and employees as a result of this program, but after COVID-19 most of our workforce went remote. Our semi-annual tradition wasn't possible any longer, nor was it feasible.

Their customer service is top notch. Whenever there is a concern or issue, they respond quickly and resolve the issue without any fuss. It's rare in today's world to find a company this dedicated to their customers.

I absolutely love the platform—it's easy for anyone to recognize someone else in a meaningful way, and the points exchange system is great, too, and an awesome way to reward good work.
