The most impactful stat I’ve seen is that a recognition hits our platform every two seconds. It’s incredible—so much so that I sometimes worry our employees might mute the recognition channel because of all the activity. But that constant stream of appreciation shows just how engaged our people are every single day. The greatest benefit of using our own software is the culture of belonging it creates.
