I really like the fact that the company I work for, GoHealth, utilizes this program to incentive our team to help motivate us to perform our everyday job. They provide us with Awardco points when we're in training, helping us to retain product knowledge and also as an extra incentive to hit our metrics. Really an awesome program!

I like that at the end of the year (or whenever you decide) you can cash out and have a nice treat. It's a great way to gamify work. I also appreciate that events like work anniversaries give you bonus points. This year I was able to get a nice Uber Eats gift card compliments of my job and Awardco.

As a system administrator managing the back-end, being able to hand out physical AwardCodes takes out the administrative work. We no longer have to track names, who's getting what points from what event.

Recognition fits into our strategies for turnover and helping us retain good caregivers… because everyone wants to know how they're performing. They want to know if they're doing a good job. And sometimes we forget to stop and say thank you. Recognition helps us do that easily and consistently.

It's a fun platform. We love to celebrate our wins. Whether we've completed a great project and I want to give them a shout out, or I want to award points for a job well done… It really does help boost my morale and the morale of our employees here at Hertz.
