Our investment to leverage the Center of Excellence team at Awardco was the best decision we made. Katie didn’t just advise, she partnered. When I pitched Awardco to our leadership team, I shared the risk of losing connection as we grow. I framed it as a strategic need. Their response? ‘Stop talking. Just do it.

It's a very fast paced environment. There's a lot of rapport between people and everyone gets along really well and we can joke about the things that are maybe stressful, but we also really celebrate the big wins together.

All of our locations have TV screens in some area of the facility. When you look up at the screen, not only do you get to see the recognition that you may have shared with somebody or that you may have received, but you get to see it across the company. Having a program that enables that to be done and shared is very special.

Before Awardco, our nominations programs were scattered and siloed... a survey here, a form there. It wasn't a very cohesive experience, and there wasn't really one consistent way to do things. Now, it's become a one-stop shop. If I want to recognize a milestone, give a shoutout, or nominate someone for an award, staff and facility know exactly where to go.
