Using the Awardco mobile app has made it so much easier to recognize our team in the moment. I love being able to snap a quick photo and send recognition right from my phone while I am on the go, so those feelings of appreciation are never lost. One of our employees needed their virtual gift card ASAP, but it had somehow gotten lost when it was sent. I didn't know this at the time, but later found out that this employee needed that gift card to purchase something important.
