We have a lot of different programs to ensure we encompass all our employees. Three of them tie directly to our core values: our peer-to-peer program, our manager-led programs, and our safety programs—like our Safety All-Stars, which is a monthly automated award.

We think a lot about our frontline employees. They're the ones that make us who we are and drive our business, and we wanted to make sure they knew we appreciated them. Awardco does that.

Awardco has made a big difference at our Sunnyvale location, specifically the different programs they've been able to create. They have a tenure recognition program, an employee of the month program, a birthday recognition program, and Sunnyvale has also created a safety bingo.

I've been using Awardco for our Monthly Wellness Challenges for over a year. Each month, I create a themed EARN program, and participants are entered into a points-based drawing. Awardco has helped me build consistent programming, schedule ahead, and never worry about delays.
