We recently pulled an in-platform report to check on usage, and then we reached out to people individually to improve adoption—especially managers. Since then, engagement has been significantly higher, and our culture of recognition is growing—even our executives are recognizing.

One year into having sunshine, our recognition, feeling like we're recognized went up ten percent. I think that's just a true testament of how much it means to us. We do have those hard days. And again, the Sunshine Recognition Hub empowers our nurses and team members. It's given us a platform to recognize, those moments of of excellence.

Being a nurse, I know that oftentimes it's hard to keep coming back day after day. It often goes without recognition or gratitude, but Sunshine has given us the opportunity to empower our team and our leaders with the ability to recognize others. Our client success rep helped us create a training and recording module of the platform to show employees how to properly use it. You rarely find a company willing to spend the time to make sure you're properly equipped.

We are excited to announce the introduction of AwardCodes cards to our rewards program. This new initiative allows Assistant Managers to recognize and reward employees on the spot for their outstanding performance. The response has been overwhelmingly positive.

Our main goal was to move platforms and not lose traction because the use of the platform was so important to us. And we were able to do that. We were able to meet that goal and we exceeded that goal.
