The High Flyer program has made a significant difference in how our teams perform and work together. One of my shifts has won the award twice this year, and you can see the motivation and pride reflected in their daily behaviors.

Recognition using the High Flyer platform has given us greater flexibility and alignment with our objectives. It allows us to acknowledge teams and individuals in ways that connect directly to our successes and values.

All of our locations have TV screens in some area of the facility. When you look up at the screen, not only do you get to see the recognition that you may have shared with somebody or that you may have received, but you get to see it across the company. Having a program that enables that to be done and shared is very special.

It’s really meaningful to see CRPs who are out on the road by themselves, along with employees working from home, still interacting and connecting through the platform. It’s almost like our 4Refuel Facebook—bringing everyone together no matter where they’re working.

This integration to our Slack channel… makes it very easy and seamless. There’s this running log of all of these shout outs, which I think is really powerful.
