Recognition using the High Flyer platform has given us greater flexibility and alignment with our objectives. It allows us to acknowledge teams and individuals in ways that connect directly to our successes and values.

We are excited to announce the introduction of AwardCodes cards to our rewards program. This new initiative allows Assistant Managers to recognize and reward employees on the spot for their outstanding performance. The response has been overwhelmingly positive.

Prior to Awardco, our process was clunky. Our reps were spending hundreds of hours stacking gifts, delivering them, packaging them. Now that we've been using Awardco, they've been able to focus their [time] elsewhere.

One year into having sunshine, our recognition, feeling like we're recognized went up ten percent. I think that's just a true testament of how much it means to us. We do have those hard days. And again, the Sunshine Recognition Hub empowers our nurses and team members. It's given us a platform to recognize, those moments of of excellence.

Prior to Awardco, the recognition process was manual and time-consuming. Everything was done through emails and spreadsheets, with physical delivery of plaques and gifts. Important milestones were sometimes missed, despite our best intentions.

I’ve been recognized myself, and it felt wonderful—surprising, but also deeply motivating. I’ve also had the privilege of recognizing teams for delivering major projects, which brought departments together in a unified sense of achievement.

The High Flyer program has made a significant difference in how our teams perform and work together. One of my shifts has won the award twice this year, and you can see the motivation and pride reflected in their daily behaviors.

As we try to build a strong culture, we want to take a more modern approach. Partnering with Awardco helped us to put that together. So even though we are spread out, we do get to feel like we are One Greenfield.
