As a platform administrator, Awardco stands out as the most user-friendly recognition platform I've ever used. Additionally, Awardco offers the flexibility for our company to incorporate custom resources such as videos, FAQs, and PDFs, enhancing the overall user experience for our associates.

From the admin side, managing and ensuring that gifts are timely and fair is dramatically easier. Everything can be scheduled in advance and fulfilment happens automatically.

After COVID hit we had over 1800 employees go remote. Our HQ campus became a ghost town. We couldn't do the high touch thing anymore, but still wanted to engage our workforce. Because of the nature of remote work we didn't even know which employees were where, and there was no way we could use our old system of bi-annual distribution. And by taking care of you, it's making sure that every lorry is turned in on time and every pallet is pushed through the warehouse.
