We are excited to announce the introduction of AwardCodes cards to our rewards programme. This new initiative allows Assistant Managers to recognise and reward employees on the spot for their outstanding performance. The response has been overwhelmingly positive.

If I were to describe the High Five Club [Awardco] in a couple words, I'd say it's collaborative and it's contagious.

We launched our The Collaborative Way initiative with a half-day workshop for all colleagues, facilitated by internal Collaborative Way Champions that traveled from office to office. We would do these engaging workshops across the company, and leaders would ask us, ‘Now that colleagues have completed the workshop, how do we keep these principles front and center?’ While we developed other standalone follow-ups, it was only when we implemented Awardco that we truly felt like we had a compelling, daily solution to that question.

Colleagues have to choose a value from The Collaborative Way when they recognize, making our recognition feed daily proof of why our values are so important. It’s such a powerfully positive place. Leaders are really taking notice—they want to see their teams at the top of the adoption leaderboard because they know the impact our values have on employee performance and retention.
