Benefits Trends for 2026: Combating Disrupted Motivation in an Increasingly AI-Driven World

In this webinar we will explore how reward and benefits professionals can use employee benefits and recognitions plans to support HR objectives linked to becoming a digital- or AI-first organisation. From supporting with wellbeing initiatives, through to effectively incentivising new ‘human advantage’ behaviours.

The panel will discuss how they are adapting intrinsic reward in 2026 to meet the differing motivational needs of today’s employers, across different cohorts. And how they are adapting recognition and incentive programmes to focus on the tasks that humans need to do that make a difference.

Key issues to be explored

•    The emerging workforce fears and motivators that reward and benefits professionals need to be aware of for 2026
•    How the transformation of work is intersecting with intrinsic reward
•    Effective benefits and recognition incentives that can be put in place to support employee motivation and productivity as work shifts between human and digital
•    The importance of wellbeing benefits, lifelong learning and recognition during times of change
•    Ways to both identify areas of concern and the success stories. And act on them
•    Practical steps benefits teams can take to support meaningful, purposeful and productive work.
