With new group recognition tools, it’s never been easier to appreciate entire teams or departments. Admins can now:

  • Search and select teams or departments directly
  • Pull in dynamic groups based on uploaded metadata
  • Add or remove individuals with confidence and clarity

No more uncertainty about who’s included. The new flow ensures your recognition reaches exactly who it’s meant for.

AI-powered recognition assistant

Sometimes the hardest part of recognition is knowing what to say. Awardco’s new recognition assistant helps users move past blank-page paralysis by offering tailored suggestions based on:

  • Company values (set by the admin)
  • Behavioral prompts to draw out the story
