Recognize Awards – Eligibility Requirements
Thank you for your interest in the Recognize Awards! Winners selected by Awardco will receive (2) complimentary tickets to attend the RCGNZ Summit, to be held November 10–12, 2025 at the Stein Eriksen Lodge in Park City, Utah. Winners will also be publicly acknowledged and formally honored at RCGNZ Summit.
By submitting an application, you acknowledge and agree to the following Eligibility Requirements and participation rules. Please review carefully before proceeding. SUBMISSIONS MUST BE RECEIVED BY JULY 21st, 2025.
1. Eligibility Requirements
If your company is selected as a Recognize Award winner, the following participation rules apply:
Awardco Case Study Agreement:
Authorized representatives of the winners must sign Awardco’s standard Case Study Agreement, which can be provided to you upon request. These terms contain critical terms around trademark/tradename/logo usage and ensure that Awardco has the rights needed to acknowledge you publicly at the RCGNZ Summit as a winner and to film/present the Customer Story referenced below.
Customer Story Filming:
Awardco’s film team will coordinate with the winners to capture a customer success story at your company location. Our film crew will travel at our effort and expense to your office for filming. You will be asked to:
- Coordinate scheduling with our team, in line with the deadlines communicated by Awardco
- Participate in interviews as requested, and
- Provide reasonable on-site access and availability of staff as needed for filming
RCGNZ Summit 2025 Attendance & Travel:
Each winner receives two (2) complimentary tickets to attend the RCGNZ Summit, to be held November 10–12, 2025 at the Stein Eriksen Lodge in Park City, Utah.
Please note: The costs and arrangements for booking flights, hotel accommodations, and transportation for the event are the sole responsibility of the winners. We will be happy to provide information about the event location and offer suggestions regarding suitable lodging choices in the area. If your organization requires legal or internal travel approval to participate, please begin that process as soon as possible to ensure timely confirmation of participation.
RCGNZ Summit 2025- Panel Participation:
At least 1 attendee in each winning group (who is a senior level leader with knowledge of Awardco and the industry) must actively participate in a panel discussion at the RCGNZ Summit (November 10–12, 2025). Panel participation includes a attending 2 preparation meetings with the other panelists; submission of a headshot, bio, and title to be used on the rcgnz.com website and social materials for promotion, , Q&A and a 30 or 45-minute panel with topic and other presenters being communicated post-award winner selection.
RCGNZ Summit 2025- Public Recognition and Branding Use:
We are choosing winners who are ready to be active participants at the RCGNZ Summit. By accepting the tickets, you agree that Awardco may: (a) publicly recognize your company as a Recognize Award winner at the event; (b) use your name, title, likeness, logo and company name in marketing, promotional materials, digital content, and at the event; and (c) repost on social media and on the company website, the foregoing information in (b), as well as your Customer Story, including highlights of your participation at the RCGNZ Summit.
2. Final Selection Process
Awardco reserves full discretion to select winners based on eligibility, application quality, and alignment with program goals. Submission of an application does not guarantee selection. Awardco will reach out to the winners by July 28, 2025. Winners will have two weeks to accept (acceptances due no later than August 11, 2025). Winners will be publicly announced at the RCGNZ Summit on November 11, 2025.
3. Acknowledgment of Eligibility Requirements
By submitting an application, you confirm that you have read and understood these Eligibility Requirements and agree to comply with all listed elements. Failure to meet these requirements may result in forfeiture of the award.
